Our client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter, the role is permanent and paid monthly + OT.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving license as part of the role will be traveling to complete installations at customer’s premises - mainly in the UK - all travel expenses paid and arranged by the company.

Salary: From £35,000 pa + overtime paid at time and half

+Night out money

39 hour basic working week.

The Mechanical Assembly Fitter / Engineer role is to assist with the manufacture of machinery. The role will ideally suit candidates with experience of machine building.

Mechanical Assembly Fitter / Engineer duties will include:

To assist with the building and commissioning of factory machinery

To assemble, install and fit mechanical components

Candidates must be able to

* read engineering drawings

* possess high standard of work

* good general hands-on mechanical skills - drilling, cutting and component assembly

* Understanding of basic control systems - pneumatic and hydraulic
