Service Desk Analyst required by a long standing global consultancy for the construction industry, paying up to £45k and based in Central London. Operating for over 100 years, continued growth has lead to the need to expand the IT support team. You will be working within a team of 7 and supporting upwards of 1200 users across the UK and internationally. You will be providing support to users at all levels of the business up to VIP's, and involved in the latest technologies.

The Service Desk Analyst must have experience supporting users within a Windows environment, diagnosing and solving hardware faults and an understanding of TCP/IP Networking as well as setting up, troubleshooting and supporting end users in a multitude of methods.

Experience:

Windows Operating Systems
Active Directory

Azure/Entra

Office 365 Administration
MDM - Intune

Troubleshooting Hardware/Software

Re-Imaging Hardware and Deployment

Providing End User Support
