BDS Recruitment are currently working with our client who provide social housing in the South West. They are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Advisor to work in their Talvaddon or Weston-super-mare office.

Your key responsibilities will be;

* Coordinating the end-to-end empty homes and allocations process.

* Collaborating with external partners and local authorities to market and allocate homes.

* Providing re-housing advice and assistance to existing or shortlisted customers.

* Build rapport, promote our brand and display our values to applicants,

* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure empty home repairs and new developments meet our quality standards.

* Preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.

* Taking and processing notices, advertising and shortlisting properties and preparing sign up packs.

* Adhoc admin duties as required.

You will have;

* Experience of Social Housing Lettings

* Knowledge and experience using a range of systems, inclduing but not exclusive to office programmes and outlook.

This will be an ongoing contract to start asap.

Hours will be 37 hours per week

Payrate is £16.62 per hour PAYE or £21.12 UMB
