Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider - Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire & Essex - Up to £60,000 DOE

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and parts of Essex working on a mixture of contracts including housing associations, local authorities, education providers and hospitals .
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties 
Reactive maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties
Self-delivery of smaller installations
Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems.
Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment
Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required.
Reactive and planned commercial maintenance
Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationshipRequirements

Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas)

Salary - Up to £60k depending on experience & Qualifications 
30 Minutes each way
Fully expensed van and fuel card
Mobile phone and company uniform
23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service)
