TeamJobs is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team in the Yeovil office of a reputable Legal 500 firm with three locations across Somerset.

The Role:

As a Contentious Probate Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload involving both day-to-day and complex disputes related to probate matters. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving business growth through effective networking.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse portfolio of contentious probate cases.
Work independently while also collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Develop and strengthen client relationships to promote business growth.
Ensure consistent delivery of a first-class service, demonstrating client and commercial awareness.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

Proven experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal in Dispute Resolution, specifically in contentious probate.
Strong communication, networking, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work under your own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team.
