The home has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to an exceptionally high standard, and it now eagerly awaits the arrival of an experienced manager ready to take charge from day one. You will enjoy complete autonomy in assembling your team, although there is already a pool of interested candidates awaiting your review. Furthermore, the administrative paperwork for the home has been meticulously handled, this seamless transition allows the incoming manager to focus squarely on delivering exceptional care and service within the home. The home is a beautiful 7 bed home, however as it is a new start up, there will be a solo placement to start, and the occupancy will increase depending on the needs of the home, the team and the residents

The Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum
