This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our expanding client, located in Aberdeen. You would be joining a company aspiring to be a global leader in the delivery of alternative engineering solutions. This role is based onshore.

Duties include:

– Perform routine and preventive maintenance on flexlay assets to ensure
optimal functionality

– Inspect and test flexlay assets before deployment to ensure they meet project
specifications and safety standards

– Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align asset readiness with
project timelines

– Conduct thorough inspections of returned flexlay assets to assess their
condition and identify any wear, damage, or required maintenance

Requirements:

• Modern Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Engineering
• Able to demonstrate competence in reading and understanding Mechanical Assembly
and Hydraulic drawings
• Able to identify and use technical tools and instruments (Essential)
• Able to fact find, fault identify, and problem solve
• UK driving licence (Preferred)

Rate:

£21 DOE + Overtime rates
