We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Labour Manager to join our established On-Site team in Sutton. This is an ideal opportunity to join a company that promotes from within.

As a Resourcer / Labour Manager, you would be responsible for helping attract, screen and place the best talent for our client base. With training and support, you will receive an abundance of opportunity and uncapped financial reward.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

Placing adverts and running recruitment campaigns to recruit a high volume of candidates for warehouse / production and factory roles
Screening potential candidates over the phone and conducting face to face interviews along with Health & Safety Inductions
Data entry and administration
Handle queries, negotiating and problem solving
Hours of work: Peak Season - 7.30am – 5pm or 6.30am-4pm Monday to Friday
We have two on-site locations One in Sutton the second in Hucknall so being able to drive is advantageous

Fantastic customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Previous recruitment experience beneficial but not essential!
Strong computer and admin skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask

Basic Salary £25k-£28k with 1st year OTE £27k - £30k (commission is uncapped!)

The Team:

Based within our Clients Premises, we have our own office and training centre set up. We are 2 minutes away from Sutton Railway station. Free parking. We are looking for a dedicated team player who can come in early or stay late if needed, works hard every day and spend the commission come pay day!
