FT Recruitment are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our brilliant client based in Coalville.

Job details:

• Effectively and promptly follow up on customer projects, activities, and opportunities, successfully converting these to sales

• Actively generate new business using own initiative in line with company guidelines and parameters

• Proactively plan and prioritise daily sales and customer service activities, ensuring that all orders are received on time, as specified and to agreed deadlines

• Meet customer needs and provide information through regular telephone, email, video call and occasional face-to-face communications

• Effectively communicate active promotions, promotional material and new products available to all accounts within designated sales territories
