Role Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join the trust. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational and personal development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH and ASD needs
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support students in developing social and emotional skills
Monitor and record student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for studentsRequirements:
Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner
A commitment to fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment
