Shanly Homes - the privately-owned, regional housebuilder - is looking for an Architectural Design Manager to work as part of their in-house architectural team at their small, friendly office in Beaconsfield.
About the role
As Architectural Design Manager, you will:
* Prepare and present initial feasibility studies on potential site acquisitions
* Produce master plans for sites ranging from 20 - 200 units
* Be responsible for the overall design and preparation of all drawings, presentation work and design documents require to accompany planning applications
* Ensure final designs are of a high quality and adhere to current legislation
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience of residential master planning and preparation of individual house designs for planning applications
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe products and Sketch Up
* Ability to create high quality presentation work and Design & Access Statements
* Working knowledge of planning policy and building regulations
* Great communication skills and enjoys working as part of a wider team
