Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Trowbridge who a looking to recruit an Account Executive - motor join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working alongside our Group Aftersales Manager you will identify new Parts customers to develop and increase turnover/profit in current customers.
Establish and develop new customer relationships as well as maintain regular and effective contact with existing, key customers.
Working with the Service Teams you will identify and liaise with customers to create bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for their fleet vehicles.
You will monitor trends and customer spend to target effectively and create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.What you will need to succeed:
Prior knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales is essential.
Ideally you will come from a Parts background, and have a working knowledge of this discipline, to enable you to assist with Departments around the Group as required/ where directed.
Maintain, your own product knowledge as well as have a keen awareness of competitor activity.
You must be computer literate with skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.What you will receive in return:
£28,000 per annum Basic + Uncapped OTE + Performance Bonus
