Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager or Sales Engineer to drive sales and business growth for a well-established industrial engineering business specializing in the repair and refurbishment of motors, gearboxes, pumps, and compressors. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and technical quoting to provide tailored engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales area to expand the client base and increase revenue.

*

Build and maintain long-term client relationships across industrial sectors.

*

Sell solutions to both contractors and end users within the industry.

*

Work with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

*

Identify new business opportunities and market trends within industrial maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

*

Strong experience in technical sales within industrial engineering, mechanical, or electrical repair sectors or knowledge of motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and refurbishment and repair services.

*

Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Salary £45K-£50K
