The Role

Reporting to both the Operations Manager and the CEO, this role is a unique blend of operational coordination and logistics support. You’ll play a crucial role in optimising processes and providing high-level support, from managing immigration logistics to onboarding of international workers. The ideal candidate is organised, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Immigration Support:

· Immigration Research & Development: Explore innovative ways to address immigration challenges when mobilizing our international workforce on client projects.

· Document Collection, Compliance & Creation: Gather and check certifications, educational documents, create contracts of employment, onboarding forms, and visa application packs to streamline immigration processing

· Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage complex travel bookings, schedules, and accommodations for our international workforce.

General Operational Support:

· Provide flexible support to the Operations Manager and CEO by stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

· Coordinate internal communications and assist with special projects as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in operations coordination, logistics coordination or a similar role.

· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

· A dynamic, adaptable attitude, ready to pivot as business needs change.

· Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information.

· Tech savvy, with experience in Microsoft products

· Familiarity with immigration processes or international workforce management is a bonus but not required.
