We are recruiting for a Primary Supply Teacher to join our team to work in various schools in Stourport-on-Severn on a day-to-day supply basis.  Working for Flourish Education gives you the opportunity to only work the days you want to work in the schools you want to work at. The Role

As this is a day-to-day supply teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons however you will be expected to:

Create a positive learning environment
Work alongside the teaching assistant
Effectively manage the behaviours of pupils
Deliver pre planned lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
To Apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need:

Experience in teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
A strong school reference from your recent employer
As well as only working the days you want to work, in schools you will love and a £100 welcome to the team bonus; working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:

£125 to £150 per day which equates to £24,375 - £29,250 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year

You will be offered day to day supply in various primary schools in Stourport, and the surrounding areas including Kidderminster, Bewdley, Droitwich and Bromsgrove, most schools have excellent transport links and offer onsite parking.
