Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored lessons to pupils 1:1 or in small groups, focusing on their unique needs.

Collaborate with teaching assistants, families, and external agencies to provide a holistic support system.
Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans to guide each student's learning journey.
