About the Role:

* Assessment and Evaluation:

* Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress in reading, writing, speaking and listening skills (formative and summative assessments).

* Provide students with clear, constructive feedback that helps them improve their writing, reading, and analytical skills (written feedback, peer review, self-assessment).

* A qualified English teacher with a demonstrable track record of success in engaging students.

* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of literature and language in students of all abilities.

* Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver innovative and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.

* A commitment to high standards and the ability to create a positive, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
