Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Orrell, Wigan
Job Type: Permanent  
Pay: £27.764K per annum  
Shift and Schedule: Full time 37.5 hours a week (7.5 hours per shift, 1 sleep in per week and 3 weekend days per month) Early shift: 7:30am-3.00pm , Late shift: 2.30pm-10:00pm

Essential: Adults – DBS on update server (adults) , Manual drivers

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the Orrell area who has experience working with various learning disabilities and neurodivergence. This is an excellent opportunity looking after multiple individuals in a brand new fully furnished care home setting. We are searching for an experienced Support Worker who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences.

The Role:
•     This role is to work in a care home, working with adults with autism and learning disabilities
•     This is a brand new 4 bed care home supporting adults from 16+
•     The role includes working days, either earlies or lates. Weekends and sleep in shifts

Successful Applicant:
•    Must drive (Full UK license - manual)
•    Previous experience in care is essential
•    Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
•    Ambitious nature
•     Experience working with autistic individuals and learning disabilities
