ITS is seeking an experienced and proactive Buyer to join the Commercial team of a leading tier one construction company. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the buying function and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality homes during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Material Procurement: Establish material take-offs for both standard and bespoke products, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to meet programme requirements.

* Supplier Management: Build and expand the network of key subcontractors and suppliers to support the delivery of exceptional products.

* Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, Land, Construction, and Technical to provide accurate cost reports, updates, and presentations to meet project deadlines.

* Proven experience in procurement within the construction or homebuilding industry.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a self-motivated, proactive approach.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to produce precise reports and presentations.
