Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of all site operations on a landmark infrastructure project, ensuring everything aligns with project objectives and client standards.

* Lead quality control and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) efforts to ensure compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.

* Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless project execution.

* Provide strong, hands-on leadership to motivate teams, fostering collaboration and excellence on-site.

* Monitor progress and manage resources proactively, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Who You Are:

* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

* You bring 5+ years of experience as a Civil Site Agent or in a similar leadership role within civil engineering infrastructure.

* Your background includes deep knowledge of site management, quality control, and health and safety protocols.

* You possess strong communication and leadership skills, adept at coordinating across teams and keeping projects on track
