Agricultural Engineer – Winchester

Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established family-run agricultural dealership seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to join their Winchester depot. Fantastic opportunity to join a business that really values it's staff and offers great career paths with ongoing training. 

Package:

£35,000 - £45,000, flexible depending on experience.
Monday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm, Friday: 8am – 4pm (basic 39-hour week).
Overtime paid at time and a half (Mon-Sat) and double time (Sun and bank holidays).
Weekend work required during peak seasons, overtime available.The Role:

Service and maintain agricultural and plant machinery to high standards.
Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain faults using diagnostic tools (training provided).
Prepare detailed job reports with photos and time documentation.
Build positive relationships with customers and upsell services.Requirements:

Experience working with agricultural, construction, or commercial machinery.
Relevant qualifications in engineering are a bonus.
Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.Benefits:
