The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR processes, overseeing compliance, and ensuring that policies and procedures are upheld. HR Officer Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures

* Provide HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees
* Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day administrative tasks
* Assist with any ad hoc HR duties as required
HR Officer Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years of HR experience
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
* Experience managing recruitment processes and onboarding
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable to a variety of tasks
