Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly within government framework projects such as schools and hospitals.

It is imperative that you have existing contacts within this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education and healthcare sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts.
Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals. Requirements:

Proven experience in a business development role within the M&E subcontracting sector.
Strong understanding of government framework projects and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
