Key Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of precision-machined parts using manual tools such as micrometers, gauges, and verniers.

Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) independently to confirm part dimensions.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to verify compliance with standards.

Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality documentation.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience inspecting precision-machined components in a manufacturing or engineering setting.

Expertise in using manual inspection tools with precision.

Ability to operate CMMs independently; programming skills are a plus but not required.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T).

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to quality assurance.
