Day Shifts: 7 am - 7 pm, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends
Night Shifts: 7 pm - 7 am, 3-4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends

Role Responsibilities
In this Senior Care Assistant role, you will lead and support a team to provide high-quality, resident-focused care. Key duties include:
Promoting independence and dignity for residents in daily activities
Leading shifts and ensuring smooth handovers
Overseeing medication rounds and ensuring accurate documentation
Supporting team members and addressing training needs
Conducting regular one-on-one check-ins with staff
Investigating complaints and upholding best practices
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
Minimum two years’ experience in a care home setting
Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
Preferred Skills and Experience
Two years’ experience in a senior care role, ideally in a dementia care setting
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or similar
Familiarity with National Care Standards
Proven experience in team management
