We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our clients small residential homes in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential home management and elderly care, with a comprehensive understanding of care home management and CQC compliance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operation of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all residents.
Manage and supervise all care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure the home operates within financial parameters.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet individual needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate and improve care services.
Handle complaints and incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential home management and elderly care.
In-depth knowledge of care home management and CQC compliance.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
