Are you a driven and dynamic individual with experience in temporary bookings or a quick learner ready to take on a fast-paced role? We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Health & Social Care team to manage the temporary staffing desk.

Your Role:

✅ Managing a busy temporary staffing desk within the Social Care sector.
✅ Speaking with clients daily/weekly to discuss their staffing needs.
✅ Placing the right candidates into temporary roles efficiently.
✅ Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
✅ Ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Experience in temp recruitment is ideal but not essential – we’ll consider quick learners!
✔️ A confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and candidates.
✔️ Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Someone who enjoys working to targets and delivering excellent service.
