Our client a small luxury hotel nestled in Tewkesbury Park is seeking a talented Assistant Hotel Manager to join their team. Renowned for exceptional service and honest hospitality, the site offers guests a memorable experience. The 90+-bedroom hotel overlooks the stunning Park and is home to an excellent restaurant with a renowned bar team. The client is offering a salary of £40,000 with tips as well as a range of amazing benefits.

What Does the Role Entail?

The client seeks a passionate and hands-on Assistant Hotel Manager with an F&B background to lead the business and their talented food and beverage team in a hands-on strategic capacity. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the management team as well as supporting the restaurant and bar upholding the standards, and ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff senior to junior, improve standards by mentoring all staff, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the dining experience at the hotel. You will also play a key function in the administration, including stock control, ordering and Epos.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will ideally have a food and beverage management background and a strong understanding of all things hospitality. The role has a focus on strategical management and development ensuring all staff are prepared and suitable for working in a luxury hotel. You should possess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

What Is On Offer?

The client is offering an excellent package up to £40,000 including tips, with an 8-hour workday and additional paid days worked. You will also have access to the gym, given access to staff discounts, uniforms and meals are provided while on duty.
