Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer – Glasgow – Facilities Management

FM Search & Select Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company based in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in commercial gas systems and an additional discipline (electrical or HVAC), ensuring high-quality maintenance and service delivery across commercial sites.

Package:

* Up to £45,000 per annum

* Company van & fuel card

* Monday - Friday, full-time position

Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.

* Service and repair boilers, heating systems, and plant rooms.

* Use additional skillset (Electrical – 18th Edition or HVAC) to support wider FM operations.

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and industry regulations.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.

* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, etc.)

* Additional skillset in Electrical (18th Edition) or HVAC

* Experience working in a Facilities Management or Building Services environment

* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

* Full UK Driving Licence – ability to travel to client sites
