Job Title: Solar Surveyor

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience

We are a fast-growing renewable energy company, specialising in both domestic and commercial solar PV installations. Our mission is to lead the way in sustainable energy solutions, providing innovative solar power systems to reduce carbon footprints. We are seeking a skilled Solar Surveyor to join our team in Aldershot and support the expansion of our operations.

Role Overview:
The Solar Surveyor will assess potential installation sites and ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with project teams, providing essential data to inform design and installation decisions, and act as a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct on-site surveys for solar PV and battery storage installations.

* Measure roof dimensions, assess shading, and evaluate electrical systems.

* Produce reports to inform system designs and project planning.

* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.

* Liaise with clients, explaining survey findings clearly.

* Manage documentation and maintain certification standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience as a Solar Surveyor or similar role in solar PV installations.

* Strong understanding of solar PV systems and installation processes.

* Electrical qualifications, such as Level 3 or higher, are an advantage.

* Experience with both domestic and commercial installations.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

* Full UK driving licence required.
