Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Warrington, Greater Manchester
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

A leading and well-established Water Hygiene / Legionella management company with a strong presence in the North West of England are now looking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor due to continued growth and success. The successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of Healthcare, Retail, Leisure and Educational sites ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company, working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
" Will hold the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Good IT skills, able to produce comprehensive and detailed reports.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to work in line with agreed timelines.

The Role:
" Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Producing detailed legionella reports.
" Providing legionella management plans to client and ensuring they understand and implement actions required.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with HGS 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Producing and working from site specific schematic drawings.
