The Role

Lead a high-performing Production & Material Planning team
Shape and enhance planning processes for maximum efficiency
Play a key role in S&OP, capacity planning, and forecasting
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to operational success
Work with cutting-edge ERP systems to deliver best in class supply chain within the business.The Person

Proven experience in Planning Management within a complex manufacturing environment
Deep understanding of finite scheduling, capacity planning & S&OP
Expertise in ERP systems (IFS is a plus!)
Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities
