Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Team Leader to join their expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various metals to fabricate sheet metal structures.

* Lead and supervise a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring efficiency and quality output.

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.

* Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment.

* Work closely with production managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.

* Train and mentor junior welders and fabricators, fostering a strong team culture.

* Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator.

* Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring a team.

* Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workplace safety.
