Description
Credit Control: Proactively chase outstanding debt to ensure timely payment.
Cash Management: Post and allocate cash receipts to ledgers, control unallocated cash, and reconcile accounts.
Account Management: Investigate and resolve customer queries, maintain and update customer records.
Internal Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer accounts, ensuring all actions meet agreed SLA/KPIs.
Process Improvement: Regularly review and recommend improvements to current processes.
Reporting: Collate and review ledger information, reporting key issues and recommendations to the Credit Control Manager.
Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of customer accounts, resolving any queries efficiently.
Month-End and Year-End: Work closely with the finance department to meet critical month-end and year-end deadlines.Profile
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
Experience: Proven background in Credit Control with the ability to work independently.
Communication: Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Technical Skills: Strong administration and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.Job Offer
An annual salary range of £30,000 to £33,000.
