Position: Lettings Negotiator
Basic Salary: £20k - £22K DOE OTE: £55,000
Car: BMW Company car or 3K car allowance
Hours/Days: 5 days per week, working every saturday with an extra day off in the week 9-6:30 Monday - Fridays Saturdays 9 - 4
Our client, a multi branch market leader within South West London, is currently recruiting for an Lettings Negotiator to Join one of their high performance branches in Wimbledon.

Candidate Specification:
Applicants for the Lettings Negotiator position should meet the following criteria
* Have a minimum of 2 years plus experience in residential lettings
* Be familiar with the London borough of Merton
* Have a full UK Drivers Licence
* Have exceptional personal presentation
* Be confident and articulate
* Be an excellent communicator
Job description:
The Lettings Negotiator shall be responsible for;
* Contribute to business growth by identifying new business opportunities.
* Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and secure tenants.
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing high-quality service.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
