Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service manager to join their team.

Our client is a manufacturer of upvc window and doors who has been trading for over 40 years. They have a loyal customer base and is known for their excellent working culture.

The right candidate for this role will have current experience working within a customer service manager role within a manufacturing environment.

The role:

* Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors

* Identify issues which need attention

* Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them

* Order appropriate replacement parts

* Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property to make repairs

* Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

* Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment

* Experience managing a team

* Be technical minded (advantage)

* Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly

* Have excellent communication and customer service skills

* Must currently reside in the UK

* Have excellent organisational skills
