I have a great opportunity for a Change & Training Lead to join a leading B2C organisation who are in the process of modernising their technology estate, with significant investment in Business and Technology transformation.
In this role, you will be ensuring the successful delivery of all change and training elements of projects and programmes aligned to business objectives and the roadmap. Furthermore, you will be leading the Change & Training function - Successfully delivering all change and training requirements across all projects and programs within the portfolio, including people, process, technology, cultural and behavioural change.
We are therefore looking for the following experience:
An understanding of how people go through and experience change.
Technical, business and leadership skills.
Experience within Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, B2C etc.
Proven experience working successfully with all levels of stakeholders (including c-suite), with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences, and an understanding of different learning styles and how therefore to adapt training/learning solutions accordingly.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment - Be adaptable, flexible, resilient, and able to deal with uncertainty and challenges.
