The opportunity
Due to continuous growth our client is currently looking to expand their team with an additional Site Manager to oversee and manage various refurbishment projects in Greenwich , London area. Majority of the work will be housing association and the chosen candidate must have experience in this area.
Tasks/responsibility's
* Management of subcontractors.
* Management of trades.
* Liaising with councils, local authority's and clients.
* Appreciate Client needs and deliver objectives.
* Site meetings.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships.
* Reporting daily to the director with progress updates on live projects.
* Management of materials.
* Ensure project records are comprehensive and up to date.
Skills Required
* Experience of a similar role as Site Manager or supervisor.
* Previous experience working with councils or local authority's.
* Great customer relationship skills.
* IT skills are a must.
* Swiftly able to manage and resolves problems that arise.
* Able to multi-task in a fast paste environment.
* Proactive, diligent, quick learner.
* Ability to communicate effectively
