Key Responsibilities:

Perform responsive maintenance repairs in commercial properties
Replace and repair fire doors
Fix leaks and replace taps
Repair ceilings
Tiling, painting, and cladding Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade
Gold CSCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Previous experience in a similar role
Clean driving licence or access to your own van
