What is the role?

As a Children’s Registered Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team to create a safe, stable, and nurturing home for children aged 8-17 with EBD. You will be responsible for the day to day running of a 4-bed EBD home, ensuring the best practises of care are always followed and your team are supported and confident in the way they deliver care.

Responsibilities

* Delivering high-quality care and ensuring the home meets Ofsted "Good" or "Outstanding" standards.

* Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to be the best they can be.

* Creating a warm, therapeutic, and family-oriented environment for the children.

* Managing budgets, safeguarding, compliance, and operational success.

What the client is looking for:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services) or working towards it.

* Proven experience managing a children’s residential home, ideally with EBD experience.

* Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

* A resilient, compassionate, and motivated individual who thrives on making a difference.
