Finance Administrator with Healthcare Experience
London/Hybrid
£12-15ph

We are seeking a Finance Administrator with healthcare experience to join our clients growing team for a minimum of five months.

You will need to have experience in bank reconciliations, invoicing, cash flow analysis, and accounts payable. You must also be able to explain the calculation of insurance shortfall/excesses whilst liaising with patients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and verify invoices within the finance department
Pay company bills and ensure that financial statements include the correct information
Calculate insurance shortfall/excesses
Liaise with patients over the phone about invoicing calculations for their procedure
Prepare documentation up until tax season
Ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Generate reports and find discrepancies as well as cost-saving opportunities
Perform cash flow analysis
Requirements:

1-2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
Competency with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
Basic data entry skills
Comfortable with math and calculations
Good listening and communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience with Compucare
An understanding of the healthcare industry, or previous experience in a private clinic or hospital, is essential.

The right candidate may have opportunities for hybrid working (one to two days at home). This is a Monday to Friday position working up to 40 hours per week alongside some of the best consultants in the world.
