Sphere Solutions are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction firm specializing in retail fit-out projects. With projects valued up to £4M, this role offers the opportunity to work on exciting contracts while enjoying location flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage all commercial aspects of retail fit-out projects.
✅ Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and final accounts.
✅ Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
✅ Liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
✅ Identify and manage risks and opportunities.
✅ Ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in retail fit-out or commercial fit-out.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial management.
✔ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
✔ Willingness to travel as required, with location flexibility.
