The Role
As a Client Support Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, including order tracking, delivery updates, and general support. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure fast and accurate responses, helping maintain excellent client relationships.
The Person
Experience in a fast-paced office environment, handling inbound calls
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
