You will have:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
Experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.

A valid & clear driving license.
You will also be 21+ years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).

Key responsibilities:

Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in children's lives: you will create positive relationships with them, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
You will engage with a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
You will ensure the welfare and care of each child.
