Responsibilities

* Full conduct of your own litigated caseload, including both fast-track and multi-track credit hire claims.

* Handling cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring high-quality client care throughout.

* Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining compliance with legal protocols.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties.

* Resolving disputes efficiently while achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
