Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Burnley

Salary: Paying upwards of £55,000 depending on experience

Essential Experience required:

Nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
A minimum of three years management experience, ideally within complex care

We are pleased to be working with a progressive and expanding organisation, as they search for a Registered Care Home Manager for their newly commissioned Care Home.

This position provides a unique chance to establish and lead your own service and team, significantly impacting the lives of residents within a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, specifically catering for adults living with complex needs. This 34-bed home will ideally suit an individual experienced in supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.

Our client employs advanced digital systems to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to devote more time to your team and the individuals you support, rather than paperwork.

Leadership and management of the team
Recruitment and professional development of staff
Management of referrals and occupancy rates
Collection, analysis, and interpretation of data
Financial oversight and management
Cultivation of customer relationships and marketing to ensure business sustainability and success
