We’re on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to take charge of our purpose-built, well-equipped kitchen and push our event catering to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Delivering top-tier food for weddings, corporate functions, and private events
?‍? Leading and motivating a talented kitchen team
? Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless kitchen management
? Innovating and collaborating on menu development and new culinary ideas
? Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, organization, and food presentation
? Managing kitchen finances, including food costings and stock control
? Ensuring strict food safety and health & safety compliance
? Stepping up in the Executive Chef’s absence and maintaining smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experienced Head Chef (or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step)
✔ Passionate about creating memorable food experiences
✔ A strong leader who can inspire, train, and manage a high-performing team
✔ Organized, methodical, and deadline-driven
✔ Creative and able to think outside the box
✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
✔ A good understanding of kitchen finances & food cost control
