Firstcall Healthcare Bespoke are looking for Residential Support Workers to work with young people who have a wide range of complex needs.

Applicants MUST have at least 6 month experience working in a similar role in the UK and Ideally have a level 3 NVQ in children studies or be working towards one

A uk driving licence is beneficial along with business insurance.

Applicants must also be able to provide references working with children and young people.

Duties include:

Adhering to the care of a young person in line with their care plan

Promoting independance

Escorting the young person in the community

Administering medication

Domestic Duties

Completing all necessary paperwork

Liasing with multi proffessionals
