We are currently head hunting a Field Based Process Engineer to join an international advanced material client based out of Heywood. The roles offer a rewarding packaging including a great salary and company vehicles, working alongside a supportive team. Global leaders in their field, the company do a lot of work with clients in the paper industry, where you will be expected to provide friendly customer support to clients throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the process of Paper/Carboards/Tissue making. The role is designed for you to assist with design, implementation and optimization of the client's product, maximizing its efficiency to aid the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct machine surveys and offer performance optimization advice.
Analyse market trends and report on opportunities.
Maintain strong communication between customers and technical teams.
Handle customer complaints and provide technical support.Benefits:
