Boston Hale is working with one of London's leading non-profit institutions, looking for an Interim Assistant Financial Accountant.
Day to day duties:
Preparing and posting monthly journals
Reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts
Maintaining the sales ledger and invoicing process
Managing the agreed credit control process
Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
Setting up new customers on the system
Assisting the year end accounting process including dealing with audit requests
Assisting in preparing statutory accountsEssentials:
Experienced in month end procedures
Experienced in assisting in audits
Experience in a sales ledger function of an organisationBenefits:
